How do I log a training session?

Tap the Sessions tab at the bottom, then tap the + button in the top right. Fill in the date, duration, type, and any techniques or notes, then tap Save.

What is Auto Gym Detection?

Auto Gym Detection uses your iPhone's location to recognize when you arrive at your gym and automatically prompts you to log a session. Set it up in More → Profile by entering your gym's address and detection radius. You'll need to grant IronMat "Always On" location access for this feature to work.

What is a Streak Freeze?

A Streak Freeze protects your training streak on days you can't make it to the gym. You earn freeze credits as you train. Use them in More → Streak Freeze. Each freeze covers one day.

How does the XP system work?

You earn XP every time you log a session. Longer sessions, more submissions, and better mood ratings all contribute bonus XP. As you accumulate XP you level up and unlock badges.

How do I add my gym's class schedule?

Go to More → Class Schedule and tap + to add a class. Set the name, instructor, day, start time, and duration. You can also enable a notification reminder for each class.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select IronMat. You can cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of the billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open IronMat and if the paywall appears, tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Is my data backed up?

All data is stored locally on your device. It is included in your iPhone's iCloud Backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled in Settings. We recommend keeping iCloud Backup on so your training history is protected.

How do I delete all my data?

Deleting the IronMat app from your iPhone removes all locally stored data permanently. This cannot be undone.
